We had our first appointment today.  I am very impressed with the efficiency and communication of this business.  They were easy to get ahold of to start service. They send you reminders and allow you to track their arrival which I love as well as send you a text when they are done with pictures of their progress, amount of waste and even of them closing your gate. They also provide a visual assessment of your pets waste! The gentleman who serviced our yard was on time,  efficient and very friendly. Whoever runs this seems to have figured it all out to be an awesome customer centered experience/ business. Thank you.

I have had the service for a couple of years now and I absolutely love it! The people are fabulous with my dogs, my two vicious pit bulls, who don’t know they’re vicious! lol They do an awesome job and they are very reasonably priced!  Definitely worth it

Cannot recommend this business enough. We recently lost our pup, Captain Rodgers, to prostate cancer that metastasized to his lungs.  It was a total surprise as he exhibited zero symptoms and we had to make the tough call to allow him to cross the rainbow bridge within 45min of the call from our vet.

We were so devastated that we couldn't pick up his droppings in the backyard.  I found Pawfect Poop Removal and scheduled a visit.

Ethan came out and was extremely thorough.  I told him our pup decided to use the bathroom in the mulch, rather than the grass, and Eithan spent 45 minutes doing a full sweep of our backyard and even went into the bushes to scoop up all of Caps poop.

My wife and I greatly appreciated his attention to detail because this loss was so hard on us and he allowed us to get one step closer to closure.

Thank you guys for everything and when we get our next pup(s) we will be hiring yall for weekly visits!

I needed help when I broke my foot and they responded so quickly and their prices were reasonable. I used to chuckle that picking up poop was even a thing for pet owners but it's honestly money well spent. They even mowed my lawn for me! I'm now a regular customer and they come weekly. I'm happy and my pups are too. Also, their tracking for arrival is outstanding. I know exactly when to get the dogs into the house and they have never been late!

Just signed up and have only received one service, but I'm very happy so far. I like the notifications prior to arrival, which gives confidence that I will actually receive service. Unlike a previous company I used, that would often not show up and not even give any explanation. Pawfect Poop Removal also did a VERY thorough job, which is also a vast improvement from the previous company I used. Pictures of secured gate and post-pickup yard photos were also a very nice touch. Price is also very reasonable. 100% recommend!!!!

Update: Been using Pawfect Poop Removal for over a year now, and happy to report I'm still 100% pleased!!! They are reliable beyond belief, and do an outstanding job.

The service is amazing and affordable for 4 dogs twice a week! I always know when the technician is scheduled to arrive, I get pics showing completion following service, and today the technician let us know about a wasps nest under our porch.
